Complaints

Something not right? Tell us.

How to raise a complaint, how we'll respond, and what to do if you're not happy with how it's handled.

Last updated · 28 May 2026

Step 1 — Tell us

Email complaints@blinki.co.uk with what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do. We acknowledge within two working days.

Step 2 — We investigate

One named person owns your complaint. They look at the facts, talk to whoever was involved, and email you a written response within 10 working days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why.

Step 3 — Resolution

If the complaint stands up, we'll say what we got wrong, what we're doing to fix it, and any remedy that's appropriate (refund, service credit, apology — depends on the case).

Step 4 — Escalation

If you're not satisfied with the response, you can escalate to Lias Stathopoylos, Founder at lias@blinki.co.uk. The escalation gets a fresh look within 10 working days.

Step 5 — External routes

For consumer disputes, you can use Citizens Advice. For data-protection complaints, the ICO. For payment disputes, your bank or card issuer.

What we measure

We log every complaint, what it was about and how long it took to resolve. We review this quarterly to spot patterns.

Got a question we haven't covered?

Email a real human — we'll come back the same working day.
