What if I don't have a domain yet?
No drama — search a domain first, buy it (we'll wire the DNS), then come back here and pick your mailbox. Takes ten minutes end-to-end.
Can I use the email I already own at GoDaddy / 123-Reg?
Yes — if you own the domain elsewhere, you keep it there. You just point a couple of DNS records at Blinki and we take it from there. We send the exact records after checkout.
How do I send from Apple Mail / Outlook?
After checkout we email you IMAP/SMTP settings — username, password, server names, ports. Standard stuff your mail app understands. Webmail also works straight from the browser.
Can I add aliases like sales@ and accounts@?
Yes — every mailbox supports unlimited aliases that all land in the same inbox. Set them up from your Blinki dashboard after the mailbox is live.
What about multiple mailboxes for my team?
Buy one for each teammate — same domain, different local parts (alice@, bob@). Each gets their own quota and login. Bulk discounts kick in from five mailboxes.
Is it really yearly billing?
Yes. Mailbox plans run on annual cycles so the renewal price is locked in for the year — no surprise mid-month price changes. Cancel any time and you keep the rest of the year you've paid for.
Is there VAT on top?
No. Blinki isn't VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. No nasty surprises at checkout.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade any time from your dashboard — we pro-rate the difference for the rest of the year. No need to start over.
